CANCELLATION POLICY:
While I am totally understanding that life happens + things can happen out of our control, I ask for
72 hours of notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment to avoid charging your card on file.
Notice of 48 hours will result in a $50 charge.
Notice of 24 hours will result in 50% of scheduled service being charged.
Same day cancellations + no show's will result in 100% of scheduled service being charged.
Please communicate with me so I can be as flexible as possible. My policy is nothing personal, but put in place
to protect my time + family's income.
